General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it can cause certain side effects. Olmezest-H 20 is a combination medicine (olmesartan + hydrochlorothiazide) commonly prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure. Generally, it is well tolerated by most of our patients however it may cause dry cough, low blood pressure, and swelling of the lips / eyes / feet.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
