Is There Any Treatment Needed In 2 Year Kid If Penis Is Small?

Hi doctor, When my son was born the doctors advised that he has micropenis and recommended us to check after one year. When we followed up after one year the doctor said it seems to be normal and not to worry. My son is now 2 years old and his organ looks very small. WHat is the treatment for this?

Hi....the treatment for micropenis has to be decided only after directly seeing it and measuring the actual shaft length without taking into account the fat pad surrounding it. I suggest you either upload an image on this website or take second opinion from another pediatric surgeon or pediatrician.
