Hello Manish...
The symptoms mentioned by you such as burning sensation during urination suggest that you might be having Urinary tract infection.
Presence of blood indicate involvement of Urinary Bladder.

The treatment involves:
1. Drinking lots of water (it dilutes the urine & reduces the burning sensation)
2. Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in a day.
3. If there is associated fever, then paracetamol 500 mg three times in a day can be added.
Investigations like routine urine tests as well X-ray & ultrasound scan of pelvis will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
One more thing...avoid acidic foods, carbonated drinks and alcohol...& maintain good hygiene.
There is no need to worry...you will perfectly alright after taking the course of antibiotics.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks & take care.

Hi Manish thanks for your question.
Your right in assecessing that the symptoms you are having could be either due to infection or stone.A small stone in urinary tract can cause bleeding and infection of urinary tract can cause blood in urine along with other symptoms you have describes. You need urine examination and ultrasound abdomen to determine cause of your symptoms.I would suggest you to consult a physician who will be able to evaluate you for your symptoms and may prescribe appropriate treatment.
Hope this answers your question.

General & Family Physician Dr. Luchuo Engelbert Bain's  Response
Hi,
painful urination implies you got a urinary tract infection, and possibly a urethritis. The causes and spectrum of germs usually involved are multiple. The diagnosis is usually made with a urinalysis which shows leucocytes and nitrites, and then culture and sensitivity tests.
This culture and sensitivity testing is important since there are multiple resistant strains described today. The specific antibiotic is then prescribed to treat and eradicate the germ to avoid chronic urethritis, which might later become too difficult to treat. Poor treatment could also lead to chronic urethritis and urethral strictures.
During treatment, it is advisable to drink lots of water and avoid unprotected sex. Consulting your physician for tests tests could be appropriate. In case you are sexually active, you might advise your partner to consult a physician too so you are treated as a couple to avoid any possibility of a recontamination cycle.
I suggest you tale an appointment with you family physician and get well treated.
Hope this helps,
Luchuo, MD.
