Itching, Burning Sensation, Swelling On Labia Minora, Vagina Dry After Sex. Had Yeast Infection From Medication. Cure?
I had sex for the first time 5 days ago and took My Way the day after. I had a yeast infection from medication I had from getting my wisdom teeth out, but it went away before I had sex. Last night I got super itchy and had a burning sensation and soon noticed my labia minora was super swollen. My vagina was really dry and after icing it for awhile, the swelling went down.
Hello, I have read your query and from that I have noticed that you have yeast infection in the past due to medications and you didn't mentioned anything whether you have got treated or not. If not treated there must be a recurrence after intercourse and now you need treatment for this. Antifungal vaginal creams such as clotrimazole or miconazole can be used and for oral use you can take flucanazole. Consult your gynecologist to rule out other possible causes int his case. Thank you.
