Knee Joint Pain, Taken Pain Killer Tablets, Ointments And Oils, Temporary Relief. Permanent Solution?

I am anitha (female) age 35 yrs, suffering from severe left Knee joint pain. I am working women & look after my house & kids too. I am not able to manage all the daily works fastly in my life. My works are going very slow due to knee pain . Can you please suggest me to get rid of my pain? I used several pain killer tablets , Ointments , Oils , etc. for this pain. but this works temporary, again pain will come back after few days. This i am suffering from 10 years. Please give a permanent remedy for my problem.

hi

as per your history i am coming at the conclusion you may have chondromalcai patella . before it is sure that you have this i would like to examine the opatient and some investigation like arthritis profile of the patient and the knee xray. so i would suggest her that she should meet and orthopaedician for this and get rid of her pain

as you are suffering left knee pain since last 10 yrs-why till now you have not consulted orthopedic surgeon,go to him urgently & get x ray done.it is must & help dr to diagnose ,,treat you properly,you will improve soon,with latest drugs are quite helpful to control yours problem.the permanent remedy-as you want to know is physiotherapy,,medicines,,exercises.
