Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have 3 days delayed menstruation. It is normal. Periods may be delayed even in those ladies who have regular periods.
If you are menstruating ,it means you are not pregnant.
For getting pregnant, You should do intercourse on 14th to 20th day of cycle counting from 1st day of last menstrual period. Chances are great in this period.
If you are not becoming pregnant on repeated months, you and your partner should contact doctor and need complete clinical examination and investigations.
For painful menstruation, you can take NSAID tablets.

Take Care
