Left Groin In Pain. Why? Why Does It Keep Returning?
My daughter is an 11 year old gymnast. She has pain in her left groin . She can t raise her leg to the side. Splits are out of the question and when she runs it has to be small strides. I heard it pop or more like a click sound the other day and she was in pain for a while. It seemed to go away for a little bit until she had opened her legs more than shoulder width, then pain was back.
It may be due to
1. Hernia
2. Muscle strain
3. Lymph node swelling.
In this case it seems due to muscle strain. only rest and analgesic will reduce them within 2 -3 weeks.
However possibility of hernia and lymph node swelling should exclude.
just go to a GP, he will assure you certainly.
