Left Hand Swollen. No Blood Clots In Veins. Had Breast Cancer, Lymphedemia In Right Arm Previously. Reason For Swelling?

My left hand and arm are swollen. An ultra sound revealed there are no artiery obstruction (blood clots) in my veins. What else can it be. I had breast cancer in my right breast 17 years ago and lymphedemia in that arm. There has been no swelling in the left arm until 11 days ago.
