Hi, I had about a ten for drope through a bookshelf in a storage bldg .....split leg all thr way down.....land on feet and was jarred pretty good .....had xrays, ct scan, and mris.......still having severe pain in left side front and back........ct showed bulging disc of L1 & L2 .....I can barely walk and can not even hardly get up abd down off bed or on toilet....our to even wipe myself

The pain in the side and back with difficulty in walking can be due to a disc prolapse or a soft tissue injury in the area. rest, mild pain killers, hot fomentation and muscle relaxants will help.
