Hi, I lead very healthy life style: i exercise on a regular basis, 3 times a week, I eat accordingly, no process food, no sugar, no coffe, no alcohol, sleep enough and yet yesterday after sleeping 13h I woke up lethargic and agitated... My body felt rested but I was easy annoyed and distracted all day... Then I thought I will Have problems to fall asleep but no. I went to bed around 20:30 and was probably asleep by 21,21:30.. Couldn t wake up this morning and feel weak and still laying in bed... I m a bit worried... I love gym and was going to go today but just couldn t... Why? Thanks
