Light Headed, Stomach Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Light Bleeding. Taking Antibiotics For UTI. Recommendations?
I am feeling light headed a lot. The bottom of my stomach is cramping, also my lower back. I've been bleeding lightly for over a week. I found out I had a uti and was put on antibiotics but it only helped me go to the bathroom more because before I couldn't go. Do you think it's my uti and I need a stronger dose of antibiotics?

Since you mentioned that there is pain in the abdomen lower part as well pain in the back.
Also complaining that there is light bleeding with U T I ( however urine test report not attached).
In such type of cases usually urinary tract infection may be there but very difficult to evaluate a diagnosis without complete report .
May be due to any disease in uterus as there is bleeding and pain is also in the back with pain in lower abdomen .
As all above mentioned symptoms indicates some disease in uterus , can be confirmed by ultrasound of lower abdomen as well ovaries and kidneys to rule out any pathology .
So consult a gynecologist/physician and get their opinion.
