Little Thin Cuts Around Vagina With Irritation And Dryness. Should I Be Concerned ?

Hi i have been experiencing little thin "cuts" Around My vagina. irritation Around The opening Of it close To The lips. Also it's Been Very dry Especially during Sex. Even While I am aroused, My vagina isn't wet enough. I Was recently treated For The scars with hydrocortizone cream. But I Now experience Some white - clear discharge and it's odorless. But I am Still concerned.
