Loose Muscles On Chest And Stomach After Taking Omnacortil. Suffering From Kidney Stone And Slipped Disc. Pain In The Chest
hello doctor ,
I am 29 year male
in 2006 a doctor prescribed me omnacortil dosage of
40 mg for 3 days
then 20 mg for 7 days
and then 10 mg for 10 days
after that 5 mg for 14 days
along with these 100 mg of hetrazan and one pantop daily.
during that period I felt hunger all the time and ate as much I can
,
but after that I started facing problem in doing ang hard labour
I can feel a pain like my heart would burst and I can bear this pain sometimes if I run for 50 metres
and another problem is loosening of my stomach and chest ,its like male breast formation
and then I also got suffered from kidney stone and a slip disc problem
please help and guide me to cure these adverse affects of that medications

It seems that you have suffered the side effects of steroids. You seem to have developed Cushing Syndrome which is a known side effect. Most symptoms may go away with time maybe around one year. If the symptoms continue, then you may consider assessing the hormonal status under the supervision of endocrinologist. Also let your doctor know of the medicine intake for every surgical procedure in future, as wound healing may be delayed.
