Low Grade Fever, Severe Joint And Muscle Pain, Cramps In The Thumb. Suffer From Addison's Disease. Swollen Glands And Nodules

I have been running a low grade fever 99.2-100.5 almost every evening for 6-8 weeks, and my normal temp is 97.6 or lower if taken other times of the day. I also have severe joint and muscle pain, with slight arch, calf, and hand near the thumbs cramping. I suffer from Addison's disease and take 20mg of hydrocortisone daily. In addition, I am having right ear pain, sore throat, and swollen glands on my right side even in which my right eye will swell, I just consider those issues to be from allergies however, I do have several nodules on the right side of my thyroid which my last ultrasound showed 1 to be 1cmx .8x .7mm yet no biopsy has been done. I currently am under the care of an endocrinologist at Mayo but I keep being tossed around to my primary, ENT, ect and no solution. I have taken 2 antibiotics in the last 2 months and my WBC was still high and is always high, as well as, my resting HR is in the low 100s. My main question is what could be causing the symptoms of my last 2mths evening fever, fatigue, and body aches?
