Abortion per se does not cause PCOD or dermoid cyst.
Your symptoms of pain abdomen is due to ovarian cyst with haemorrhage.
Get an USG to rule out torsion of ovary preferably a Doppler.
If there is no torsion, then follow up scan after 1 month can be helpful to know the size of ovarian cyst.
Consult your gynaecologist for further treatment.
