Lower Back Pain, Consistent Running Nose, Cough, Recurring Fever, Weight Loss. Deviation In Urine Test Results. Treatment Suggestion?

hi im albert im 27 years old,my problem is about lower back pain .and i always have running nose and cough ,my fever coming every now and then..i got sick for a week.i lost my wieght.thats why im so confused,i went to the the doctor before but they dont see nothing about my blood test and they just saw little problem to my urine,can you help me for my problem?

Intermittent fever is a problem which needs to be handled with proper care. There can a variety of causes from infection, to immune system dysfunction. You need to be examined properly and investigated accordingly. As you have low back pain with fever and doctors finding a problem with urine report,it must be a problem in your urinary system. From localised abscess to infection in bladder or kidney might be the cause.
I advice you to undergo ultrasound scan. The cause can be found out and treated accordingly. Antibiotics should not be given unless infection is proved.
If pathology in urinary system is ruled out,then you should undergo a fever profile where you need to be checked for infection like malaria to tuberculosis and then treated accordingly.
