Lump On Cheek Bone After Injury. What Could This Lump Be ?

Four weeks ago I fell and broke my wrist and bumped my face and cut my head . The bruising has gone off my face but I now have a marble sized lump on cheek. My cheek was xrayed at the time and I was told I hadnt broken it - what could this lump be and will it go away?
