HI,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you are suffering from the gingivitis.
I personally advised that you take antibiotic for this and for better management and diagnosis consult ENT/ Dentist.
You may take
1. Proper antibiotic, Multi Vitamins, antiseptic mouth wash.
2. Anti-inflammatory.

If you have any doubt, I will be available for your query.

Wish you good health
