Major Leg Fracture In Tibia, Fibula. Bone Grafting Required?
I met an accident on 30 dec 2011. I had major leg fracture in tibia and fibula . I am sending xray as attachment. my doctor is saying bone grafting is required after one month. but i am not mentally prepared for one more surgery . can you suggest some care which will avoid further surgery?
Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum, when both tibia and fibula are fractured it usually required to have bone graft. instead of getting frightened , get prepared for surgery by taking nouritious food, increase blood by eating leafy vegetables. don't worry everything will be fine. thank you.
