Many White Pimples On The Labia And Butt Tract, Sexually Active, Sore Vagina. Advice?

Hi im 16, I have these white pimple looking things by my labia and around it, some of them will pop and some of them wont, i have many, I am also sexually active, i recently just had found these white dots on the top of my butt crack and I also break out on my vaginal and buttocks and have a sore looking thing on my outer vagina.

From what you are describing, these sound like multiple small inclusion cysts. These are basically sweat glands that get clogged and can look like small pimples and also actually get quite large. But, I cannot say for sure that this is not something else. The best way to answer this question, and given the extent of what you describe, is to go to your doctor and have the areas examined.
