Met Accident, Was In Coma For Few Hours, Had Temp Brain Damage, Memory Loss. Is There A Name For That?
hi I was in a serious car accident and went through a windshield .. I was in a coma for a few hours was in surgery for hours .. the doctor said I had temp brain damage ..and would slowly get my memory back .. there is a name for that and I can t remember?

Traumatic brain injury are temporary when no organic brain injury are seen such as infarct ose hemorrhage.Anyway the patient should be helped with neuroprotector substance(piracetam) and try to stimulate his memory with the things he mostly liked to do before the accident such as listening his favorite movies, photos, music.Send his to the places he liked most.If no permanent brain damages where seen on CT scan the memory loss will be temporary.Wishing you the best
