Miscarriage After Heavy Bleeding, Pain From Hematoma, Groin. Taking Tylenol, Prenatal Vitamins. Is Pain Normal?

when i was 19 weeks pregnant i went to the hospital for heavy bleeding ,but it ended up being a threatened misscaraige .i went home and bled for 3 weeks the bleeding stopped on its own, and most of the pain from a large hematoma in between my uteris and placenta , im now 24 weeks and i havent been able to see a doc yet because i just got insurance and they say im too far along but ave been having bad pains in my groin area so bad i can hardley move my legs without tylenol , ive been taking prenatal vitamins and eating as good as i can but im worried that there may be some other problem ,i could be having or if this is normal im really worried and i am trying to get someone to see me .is the pain still normal?

Hello,
At your present situation the pain may resembles false contractions but we cannot be sure without any examination. If there is any fluid loss from your vagina or you cannot tolerate your pain then you need to go to ER. As you have subchorionic hematoma you are not supposed to take any risk at this time in my opinion. There is no particular treatment for this except wait and watch.Hope everything will be fine with you. Wish you a good health. Thank you.
