Miscarriage Missed, Knew After Spotting, Uterine Lining Not Shed. On Antibiotics, Back Pain, Uterus Bulky

Hi! I had a missed misscarriag at 6weeks, didn't know until 10weeks, about 26days ago when I started spotting and eventually shed the products but my uterine lining was not shed. I have seen then been on antibiotics but now I have this backache in any position I assume but it worse when I lie on my back for long. Scan shows my uterus is still bulky and I spotted about 5days ago

Hi, it appears that you have infection, after the abortion. You need to have treatment with heavy mixed antibiotics of aerobic and anerobic type, so that the mixed infection, is to be treated.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and antispasmodics when there is pain. Thank you.
