Trans vaginal USG detects gestational sac as early as 4 wks but TAS detects the sac little late Moreover gestational sac to be detected B HCG level should be 1000mIU You may be in very early gestational period since you didnt mention about cycle regularity You can wait for 2 wks to repeat a scan Mean while ectopic pregnancy should be kept in mind So if you have any spotting p/v or abdominal pain and episode of giddiness immediate attention is required
