My 11 Years Old Son Has A Bad Cough And High Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate Count

My son, almost 11 years old, has been suffering from a bad throat , cough and wheeze for the last few days. He also had fever and chills last thursday and friday but thats gone now. But he still complains of headache and the cough, though better, persists. Doctor has put him on augmentin and ambrolite. We received his blood test report today and it says that his esr count is 54mm. What should we do?

Now consult a pumonologist, wth these reposts. He might be suffering from KOCH"S focus( acute exacerbation)

Get a CXR PA, mauntaux, Sputum for AFB done. n review with these reports to ur pulmonologist.

Dont worry, he will be all rite.
