My 2 Month Old Child Is Having Rashes Over His Diaper Area

My 2 month old child is having rashes over his diaper area. Iam using diaper quite oftenly. It has become red in the thighs and anal region. He cries after every time he passess urine or pass motion. I donot know what to apply. Iamusing powder and clean every time he passes motion. Is there any thing else i can put to to prevent this. I think it is burning for him and he also cries a lot when i change the diaper

my baby is 10 months old. she kept getting this rash evry other month when she was 2-5 month old. i change her diapers frequently, and apply this Johnson and johnson nappy rash cream after cleaning her each time i change her diaper. so after that she is not geting th rash from past four months. i also changed her nappy from pampers to huggies. you can try and change the brand of the nappy also.

This can be a diaper rash but James I think your baby has a skin infection aggravated by the diaper rash. You have to see a doctor and get some good antiseptic rcream

My 10 month old baby has similar problem and also last day i noticed a swelling and redness on the penis. Is it a diaper rash, could anyone tell me what to do before I walk in a clinic.

This can be a diaper rash but James I think your baby has a skin infection aggravated by the diaper rash. You have to see a doctor and get some good antiseptic rcream

oops..even i always use diaper for my kid...i think i should avoid this
