My Left Cheek Is Flatter Than The Right Causing Problems While Chewing. Is There A Way I Can Balance Them Out?

hello Matthew my name is Jonathan and i have uneven cheeks. my left cheek is flatter then my right and i was wondering how can i balance them out. It might of been caused because i chew on my right side more and i sleep on my left side. I have been chewing on my left side for quite some time now try and balance them out but i still haven't seen any results. any tips?

Hello,
The imbalance in between the right and left side cheeks created due to-Irregular or one-sided chewing habits.
I would suggest you to use both the sides of teeth alternatively while chewing.
Also get your path of occlusion evaluated by an orthodontist.
Malaligned teeth or malocclusion can be corrected using orthodontic appliances.
Also try to keep your face straight while sleeping.
