Typhoid is a infection which also affects the intestine during the fever so it is better to give soft diet ;enough of liquids;avoid fried fatty food which is not easily digestible.Also once the fever is treated you can ask your doctor to prescribe some multivitamins during the recovery period if the doctor feels it is needed.
