Nausea, Loose Motion, Palpitations And Numbness Behind Eyes. What Could This Be?

I m 20, I ve been feeling rather nauseous and disoriented, I ve been getting quite hot at times, sometimes I m having soft/loose stools, and palpitations quite regular, I m also having like a numbness behind my eyes, I ve had my pressures checked which came back as 132/71 and a pulse of 81

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms sound like a hypothyroidism. Due to increased level of thyroid hormones you can have all mentioned symptoms. You may also have weight loss, dry skin, nervousness.
At your age such symptoms should be also checked with inflammatory bowels diseases. Especially if there is any blood in stool.
Bacterial infection of gastrointestinal tract can be the cause of loose stools therefore stool tests are necessary.
If all mentioned conditions will be ruled out, also rare causes like neuroendocrine tumors needs to be ruled out.

I suggest you to start with blood work, thyroid tests, liver tests, amylase, urine analysis, stool tests and abdominal ultrasound.
