Need A Good Supplement For Weight Gain

i am 24 yrs old boy my height is 5 ft 8 inch and weight is 77 kg but i dont have enough volume in my body so still i look slim but i want to look heavy i go gym since 2 years my other friends with same height and weight looks more bulky then me so please suggest a good supplement for me

Your BMI as per the provided Height and weight measurement is over 25, this means that you have a good weight for height. I would suggest you to concentrate more of stretching and weight training exercises. A high protein diet would be helpful, add soy, eggs, pulses, mushroom, nuts and non veg in your daily diet. While taking non veg. be careful not to add any fried preparations.

Since your BMI is above the normal range i would suggest you to skip the dietary supplements and concentrate more on natural protein rich foods.

Stay hydrated and stay fit.
