Need Help For Tingling, Numbness, Annoying Pain In Left Arm And Hand. History Of Diabetic Type2 And Hypothyroidism

I have severe tingling, numbness, and often much annoying pain in my left arm and hand especially when I wake
in the morning. I had a neurology check done in 2012. I asked about treatment for it. The Dr answered '
"definitely no surgery" I've seen another Dr. He,s stalling. I,m a type 2 diabetic and have hypo thyroidism. I,m on
medication for both. I,m an 83 year old active physically and mentally female. I don,t join the family when they run in the marathons. I rub and shake my arm very often. Will this get worse or just stay as is ?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It will improve, and you will have a pain free life.
One of the reasons for it could be hypertension, high blood sugar, and the most important is the cervical spondylosis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and anti inflammatories for 5days, then as per need, till you visit the orthopedic.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
