Need Insight On Dry Throat, Armpit Rash And Tiredness After Drug Intake
I took some drugs last saturday and i know that i shouldn t but i did. Problem is that i got really bad symptoms happening since than and im getting concerned. I took MDMA and speed(anfetamines) all in crystals. Basically it started on sunday with a sore throat, the usual mouth ulcers,some armpit itchyness and both of my ankles started to swollen up. By monday i couldnt walk, did ice,elevated legs,ipobrufen, and lots of water. Today im way better swelling went down etc.i suspect that my shoes were too tight or something. But sore throat is still around since sunday and it feels dry(i smoke).my armpit rash got really bad after shaving, now its a dark red itchy sticky patch with tiny red dots spreading around.feels like im sweaty all the time. My tongue since monday has a yellow coating and in the middle looks like its hairy but u can only see if opening well the tongue as its in middle crack. small red dots all over tongue but mouth ulcers gone. i feel tired aswell.whats going on?

The ankle edema is quite a concern. That is not common to occur and implies a serious problem in heart, liver, kidney or lung. But if it is gone.......
Then the current symptoms of sore throat, coated tongue, sweaty and tired might relate to serious organ damage but they are NOT likely to be related to anything more serious than a sinus infection (that might need antibiotics).
without an exam, I can only give general information. dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, but the small red dots on the tongue might be the normal taste buds that have different texture than the rest of the tongue and often are NOT coated when the rest of the tongue is (normal finding).
So, sinus infections benefit from antibiotics but often get better on their own in a few days. Swelling of feet needs immediate medical evaluation.
