Hi I'm 45 yrs old and have a baby 1 1/2 yrs old and have'nt got my mensural period till nw its one day after the day I should get it and have started on safree plus I would like to knw if its safe and if it will give me the desired results and will i get my monthly cycle after the course.

you might be going in for menopause. get your harmone levels tested ie FSH and LH. nothing to worry, consult a gynaecologist, u will be harmone replcement therapy, if the diagnosis is confirmed
