Need Medication For Rash At The Back Of The Chest & Shoulders

My 4 year old son had a sudden rash appear on his back chest and shoulders. It started as a pimple like rash with a white head and are now red and itchy. Some of the bumps seem to be healing. They appeared within a few hours and he has had them for about a week with no additional spots appearing. Is this something that will heal on it's own or should I take him to see his pediatrician?

Hallo . Thank you for posting this question . Generally rashes disappear their own but still you can give any anti allergy medicine like cetrizine . Also can apply any soothing local cream . If persist , consult doctor .Hope I have answered your query . For further questions please contact .
