Need Remedy For Itchy Red Rash All Over The Face

my 8 year old daughter has a red rash all over her face (almost like tiny red bumps all close together). She doesn't have this any where else but she has a cold sore on her mouth and what looks like one on her nose too. She says the rash is very itchy...

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral rash.

I suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily to prevent the itching.

I also suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.
