Negative HPT. Have Nausea, Abdominal Cramps, Back Pain. Pregnant?

Hello, I took an at home pregnancy test yesterday, came out negative. I have been having on and off nausea for a while now, I went to the doctor to get it checked out, she said it was "viral" and it will pass. It did, but came back a little worse. I am a week late, I am having my normal cramps of lower abdominal and back, when I get my periods they come hard and they bleed a lot, this time I have this light brown color and when I stuck a tampon in, normally it bleeds all over the case, but nothing was on it. Is it possible that I am pregnant? I have no money to go see a doctor..

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Lower abdominal cramps , nausea , just spotting all are an indication of pregnancy.
Now 1 week passed ( delay period ) so get in home pregnancy test .
Previously when you checked it was too early for home pregnancy test.
If negative then take antacid ,for nausea and mild degree pain killer for cramps.
Now you get it and deal accordingly .
