my daughter has just had ababy boy he was born with one arm he just has a shoulder on the other could you please tell me is there any thing that can be done

If the shoulder with part of the arm stump if present prosthetics are available which can be fitted as baby grows.

It may be due to some congenital syndrome also.
U have to check for any developmental problem of inner organs like heart, kidney, intestines also.
If they are not so, then there wont be much worry.
