No Periods, Only Spotting With Cramps. What Could Be A Lump Inside Vagina?

I m 46 years old...female,,,my last period was 12-24-2013. I haven not had one since. Last week I spotted a few times,,,i cramped really bad like I was having a period. But nothing was coming out ,except for a few spots . Yesterday I noticed what seems like a small pea size lump on the inside of my vagina... Sincerely, Martha Ray

Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that missing period might be due to hormonal changes and climacteric phage.

Lump might be due to any cyst ( Bartholin Cyst).

For cyst you must consult to gynecologist and if necessary then go for pa smear and biopsy of cyst.

For hormonal changes take ho.rmonal medicine with calcium. If you find the chance of pregnancy then immediate go for pregnancy test.

Hope i answered your query.
