No Periods, Suffering From Hypothyroid, Took Meprate, UPT Negative. Pregnant?

I have not got my periods from past 1 month and i m suffering from hypothyroid. I took Meprate on 04th Sept. Still have not got my periods. I also did UPT 7 times and it has come negative. Recent one was done on 16th Sept. Are there chances of me being pregnant.

Hello,

You need to take thyroid medication with proper dose to treat hypothyroidism which can delay your period.

In addition, you need to undergo one USG scan, hormone test, blood sugar and prolactin level to pinpoint the diagnosis after clinical evaluation. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this.

You would take low carbohydrate diet with iron supplement, control body wt and need hormonal medication to induce period. Good luck.
