No Swelling Of Breasts Before Period, Have Small Breasts. Had A Medical Abortion. Are They Hormonal Changes?

I had a medical abortion jan this year, my periods have been regular since, my breast have been small and softer than they were before and not had any swelling before my period as they did before. now since day 16 till today day 22 of my cycle I can fee both my ovaries like very light period pain from day 20 my breasts are swollen, first time since last December, what is the most likely reason, I am scared the hormones in medical abortion have damaged something in me

The changes you mentioned could be due to normal hormonal changes in menstrual period.
During ovulation period some amount of pain abdomen etc. can be seen.

Breast tenderness can also be seen in premenstrual period due to hormonal effect.
So no need to worry about these.
If the problem become severe you may take symptomatic treatment.
