Normal To Develop Blood Blister While Suffering From Cellulitis?

Hey I have a question about my one year old daughter, I took her to the emergency room yesterday, and they diagnosed her with cellulitis. The redness seems to be getting better, but now the spot on her leg has a huge blood blister. They gave her Keflex and I was wondering if it was normal to develop a blood blister like she has?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your daughter looking to the history given here I could say that in sever case of cellulitis the formation of blister takes placed as a matter of fact this is not normal but this is likely and with the right treatment this comes around soon, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
