Hello
Welcome to health care magic
Dear patient, some thing comming out of vagina when a female strains for urination or defecation is prolapse of uterus , it generally happens in females of more than 60 years of age ,especially if females have given birth to several children, it is due to the laxaity of pelvic floor muscles that occurs with age, it is not a serious problem, she needs to see a gyneocologist who after examining her will advise her depending up on the stage of prolapse .
wish you good luck
thanks
