Numbness In Toe, Had Capillary Refill, Side Bruised. Possible Reason?

My toe has been numb for approximately two days. I have great capillary refill and I think it is bruised a bit on the side. I had a back massage that hurt and also recently got a business job requiring me to be in heels 8+ hours per day. I have no major medical problems that I am aware of and had my last physical/checkup between march and may. What could be the problem? I'm scared but hopeful...

Hi,

Numbness in toes may be due to some cause.

It may be burning feet syndrome.

Blood tests may be done to rule out DM,HIV,vitamin B 12 deficiency, anaemia, other internal diseases..etc

Neurological causes may be ruled out by after consulting neurophysician.

Bad habit of tobacco chewing, smoking and alcohol should be quit.

Psychological factors may be there.

Tab.fluoxetin ,nicotinic acis,trental,B 12 ..may be tried.

You consult dermatologist for evaluation and treatment of your disease.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
