On And Off Sharp, Deep Pain In Rectum, Stomach. History Of Eating Ribs Resulted In Almost Throwing Up, Intake Of More Coffee. Had Gallbladder Removal. Connection?

today only i have been getting a sharp pain deep in my rectum. however it only lasts for about a few seconds and then it goes away. this started about 9 am this morning. Then just now i had a sharp pain in my stomach that also happened for a brief moment and went away.
I have pooped 3 times today fine.
I have been eating a little differently the last week but nothing i have not had before. I tried some ribs and almost threw up but that was the only thing. But it was for that 20 minute period last night and it was only a few bites. I also have been drinking a lot more coffee than normal. could that cause this?
Also no crazy health issues aside from a gall bladder removal back in 2007.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The sharp pain , mentioned in the query may be a pain of desire of defecation as you passed stool.
Pain in the stomach and pain in abdomen ( according to you in rectum or anal canal) may relates to each other as this is due to overeating .
2nd thing as gallbladder was already removed so even mild fatty diet can cause such type of pain both in stomach & abdomen.
As bile salt juice didn't present so fatty food causes such type of pain.
Need not to worry avoid such type of food.
Good luck.
