Hello, You are suffering from Crohn's disease which is basically an inflammatory disease of the GI tract. So the result is more of a pain and mal absorption. Treatment is according the severity of the disease. Frequent low quantity food is advised. For this you may have consulted a dietitian for planning your diet. You are already have Implanon birth control. Then why pregnancy test.Your fingernails are healthy - so you are not Anemic which is the commonest symptom of crohns disease due to mal absorption vitamin B 12 and folic acid. Cortisone is indicated only when the symptoms are severe. With a balanced low diet, as advised by a dietitian there will not be any problem You can continue the remicade Best wishes
