hey man my 3rd and 4th knuckles nearest my pinky hurt as if there bruised when any kind of hard pressure is applied, mostly more hard pressure like if im using my knuckles to push my body up from a sitting position on the floor, or punching something . . any clues to as to what it may be? could it be broken? how long does a bruise on the knuckles usually last? And for the record i punch to work out.
