Pain And Burning On Urinating. Was Prescribed Floral And Siloda. Treatment?

Hi Doctor, i am Sujay Mukherjee age 42. One half year back it started with very bad burnng sensation while passing urine and also along with it pain as long as i used to urinate. This happended in the year 2012 January. Also small drops of urine used to come out even after the full urination. The burning sensation used to happen at the tip of the pennis then. At times i used to feel that, the blooder has not yet emptied. After the medication of of six months with Flortal 10 mg. also for six months and then things improved, burning was not there, flow of urine improved little, but not a major diff. Also continued 4 months is Silodal 8 mg. Yet avg. flow rate is 5.2 ml/s and highest flow rate is 10.8 ml/s, total void qty is 362 ml. Current symptoms while beginning to urinate 7 to 8 secs it pains/ strains next 25 secs relatively much smother flow with no pain or burning. Last few secs i have to apply presssure to urinate.
