Pain Centered Around Inner Forearm, Radiates Down To Cause A Tingling Sensation In Finger. What Could Be The Cause?

I am not sure what this is, but I am a 23 year old female. Last night I developed a pain in my left forearm , that does not radiate up the neck or shoulder . It is centred around the inner forearm and shoots down to cause a tingling sensation in my pinky, ring finger and (not sure about my middle finger). It is starting to worry me

the tingling sensation can be due to ulnar nerve compression. take analgesics like diclofenac, paracetamol for pain and vitamin b12 or bcomplex syrup or tablet for tingling sensation.
