Pain, Discomfort In Testicles. Reason?

The pain or discomfort comes and goes. First I thought it was a testicle pain, because the feeling was just the same as when you slightly hit your testicles (it aches on the lower part of the abdomen and upper legs). My right side is completely normal; I can only feel the pain on the left side.

I have had the symptoms for the past 1 and half years and now I can better pinpoint the discomfort and I believe it is on the left Vas Deferens. At least, that's where it aches the most, but when the pain comes I can feel the discomfort in the abdomen and on the inner side of the left leg.

I know there's gotta be something wrong otherwise I wouldn't feel like this.

Please any kind of help would be greatly appreciated it.

General Surgeon 's  Response
hello dear
Testicular pain usually occurs either due to local problem or it could be referred due to stone usually in lower ureter. Local causes could be epididymito-orchitis or cyst or varicocele etc. Since your pain is more like discomfort so most probably it is a chronic cause. Get yourself examined by some urologist. Get USG of kidney, ureter, bladder ( KUB) and scrotum with doppler of scrotum. Get urine microscopy done
Take care

Welcome to HCM.
Testis, scrotal pain may occur due to a number of underlying conditions. It occurs in post vasectomy, due to infections such as epididymitis, prostatitis, and orchitis, as well as varicocele, hydrocele, spermatocele, polyarteritis nodosa, testicular torsion, previous surgery and trauma.Even sometime pain might be due to passage of small stone in urinary tract.
You have to go for certain investigation like CBC,FBS,PPBS,STD profile and USG abdomen, testis, prostate to find out the cause and perfect medical management.
Consult your doctor for guidance and medical management.
