Pain During Unprotected Sex. No Blood In Stool. Anal Pain During Diarrhea, Redness, Mucus. What To Do?

I recently had unprotected sex with a male. Ive had sex with this person on prior occassion and got tested afterward, and he was std and HIV free. So we continued havin sex. To make a story short, the last sexual encounter with him was painful, it left me in some pain. So fast forward to now, rectal problems. I think I have a fissure. There was however never any blood in stool. Also I experienced anal pain when I had diarrhea, but that stopped and I no longer had that symptom. Just kmucus around anus and redness now. I dont know.

Hi,

It appears you are cautious and at present without significant symptoms.
An antiseptic cream is usually prescribed if there is local infection.
The colitis can be treated with appropriate anti-infective medicines.
It is prudent to consult your doctor before using any medication.
